Halloween 2026

A witch has set up shop in Spawn, and she needs help brewing a very special potion. She'll send you to her home in Gloomhollow, a haunted forest where it is always midnight, to gather the ingredients. While you're there, you can trick-or-treat around town and battle the skeletons in the woods. Along the way you'll collect Costume Kit Fragments, which you can turn into Halloween costumes for your Pokemon. The event ends with the server restart on the morning of November 1.

Getting Costume Kit Fragments

Fragments come from the things you do in Gloomhollow:

  • Trick-or-treating. Knock on doors around town. A treat is often a fragment.
  • Restless Skeletons. Beat one in a battle and it sometimes leaves a fragment behind.
  • The witch's potion. Help her finish it and she'll hand you a whole Costume Kit.

Making a Costume Kit

Fill a 3x3 crafting grid with 9 Costume Kit Fragments, one in every slot, and take the Costume Kit out.

Dressing up your Pokemon

  1. Send out the Pokemon you want to dress up. It has to be your own Mew, Gardevoir, Eevee, Chandelure or Skeledirge.
  2. Hold the Costume Kit in your hand.
  3. Right-click your Pokemon. It changes into its costume and the kit is used up.

The costume is permanent, so pick the Pokemon you want to keep dressed up. Each kit dresses up one Pokemon.

Leftover fragments

The Event Vendor in Spawn buys spare fragments for Coltokens. Costume Kits can't be sold, so hold on to those.

When it ends

The event ends with the server restart on the morning of November 1. Your costumed Pokemon stay dressed up forever, and any Costume Kits you're holding still work after Halloween.
